The cutoff date to place your order for a Cap & Gown
for the Spring 2012 will be January 27, 2012.

Orders placed by December 1, 2011
should arrive to you by January 13, 2012.

Orders placed by December 15, 2011
should arrive to you by January 27, 2012.

Orders placed by December 31, 2011
should arrive to you by February 10, 2012.

Orders placed after January 1, 2012 will arrive in time for the ceremony, but may need to be picked up at the ceremony, and may be subject to a Late Order Processing Fee of $29.00, we will advise you at the time of your order.

We do not stock these regalia items (caps, gowns, doctoral hoods & tassels).  We gather multiple orders from graduates and submit them to the manufacturer in groups, and 4-6 weeks later we receive your orders - then swiftly send them to you as quickly as we can.  This process keeps the cost down for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS RECEIVED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 1, 2011 WILL BE HELD, AND SUBMITTED TO THE CAP & GOWN MANUFACTURER IN ONE BATCH. INDIVIDUAL ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED EARLY, SEPARATE FROM THE BATCH MAY BE SUBJECT TO A SINGLE ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE OF UP TO $29.00, HOWEVER WE ALWAYS TRY TO WORK WITH YOU..

Please be patient. If you order by December 31st, we guarantee that you will have you regalia will before the ceremony, well before you leave for Los Angeles, and still have plenty of time to take pictures with family.
