California Sales Tax applies to all shipments within the State of California and the rate is determined by the shipping destination. All shipments shipped outside of California are not charged Sales Tax.

Shipping charges for the first two books is $5.75 and $1.00 for each additional book on the same order. These rates are for Ground Service within the Continental United States. For shipments to any other area, or for expedited delivery, please email for shipping charges.

Packages that are being shipped to a residential address will be charged an additional $1.75 per shipment. We have found that deliveries to business addresses are more reliable and the delivery companies now impose a residential delivery surcharge. We will ship to whatever address you wish and charge you accordingly.

NOTE: Time schedules for deliveries to businesses (not home businesses) are guaranteed by the delivery companies. Deliveries to residential addresses are not guaranteed. Please provide a business address whenever possible.

Orders over $150.00 (before any Sales Tax or shipping charges) will ship freight FREE within the Continental United States via DHL, Fedex or UPS Ground (standard ground). Free shipping does not apply on delivery to AK, HI or PR or other countries for orders being shipped Priority Mail, Global Express, or any method other than standard ground service as listed above. For expedited shipping rates please email us for quote. If you choose to have your books shipped via the Post Office's Standard, Priority or Express Mail, you will be charged the full amount of the postage. Shipments via the Post Office do not quality for FREE freight.

We will charge you only the difference between the ground rate and the expedited rate for domestic orders using DHL, Fedex or UPS air services.

Outlines and other study aids:
Within two business days of purchase.

(In the case of mail and Internet orders, returns must be sent to us prepaid, and must be delivered to the Post Office or other carrier within these deadlines.)

Audio/Video tapes and or computer disks are not returnable under any circumstances if the seal is broken.

All items must be either delivered to us or returned to us post-paid and must be accompanied by the itemized receipt you were given at the time you made the purchase. New books must be in new, resalable condition, and must be returned within the deadline listed above.

We cannot refund shipping costs for books which were sent out by mail. All items for return are subject to a $1.00 restocking charge which will be deducted from any credit given. Items which do not meet all the above criteria will not be refunded.
